Boris Kosovic, a frontman of Croatian classic rock band GRUHAK sadly past away last week. The band caught the eye of fans with their covers of Led Zeppelin and The Who among others. Their music was not a tribute but a celebration of some of the most recognized rock tunes around, while giving it a special dusting of Gruhak magic.
Band also released two albums of original material, and played extensively in Europe. Last year a trip to US resulted in recording of a new material that was scheduled for a release later this year.
I had a privilege to work with them briefly and my heart goes out to Boris’s family, the band and everyone associated with the band.
